We start with an intentional conversation. I want to hear the "why" behind your wedding day before we ever talk about a camera. This is where we ensure our visions align for the story you want to tell.
2. the curation
We collaborate on your timeline and vision. I scout your venue’s light and architecture to ensure your portraits feel like art, meticulously planning for the moments that deserve a cinematic backdrop.
3. the celebration
On the day, I balance calm direction with quiet observation. My goal is for you to be entirely present in your joy while I navigate the background to archive the magic as it unfolds naturally.
4. the delivery
Within six weeks, you receive your hand-edited digital archive—a timeless collection ready to be shared and printed. These aren't just files; they are the first draft of your family’s history.
5. the heirloom
Our journey doesn't end at a download link. We transition your digital gallery into the physical world, collaborating on custom-designed fine art albums and bespoke prints that turn your memories into tangible heirlooms for your home.

Will you be the one documenting our wedding?
Absolutely. When you commission Vlad G Photography, you are booking my specific eye and 14 years of expertise. I only accept a limited number of commissions per year to ensure each couple receives my full creative energy. Once your date is secured, it is exclusively yours.
Do we receive the high-resolution files?
Yes. Every collection includes a curated gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution digital images. You will have full rights to share and print your memories, and your private online gallery makes it effortless to share the story with friends and family worldwide.
Are engagement sessions included in your collections?
Yes! I consider the engagement session an essential part of the "Visual Heritage" experience. It’s a relaxed, casual way for us to connect before the wedding day. Whether we explore a local park or the urban architecture of the city, these sessions ensure you feel entirely comfortable and like yourselves before the big day arrives.
Can we design an album after the wedding?
Of course. While many of my collections include an heirloom album, you are always welcome to begin the design process after your gallery is delivered. I believe photos are meant to be held, and I’ll walk you through the custom design of your fine art album whenever you’re ready.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, and with great enthusiasm. Whether your celebration is a few states away or on the other side of an ocean, I am available for travel worldwide. I love documenting love stories against the backdrop of new and inspiring landscapes.
How would you describe your shooting style on the wedding day?
I strike a balance between editorial direction and documentary observation. During portraits, I’ll guide you into the best light and most flattering angles while keeping things fun and relaxed. During the ceremony and reception, I pull back to capture the raw, unscripted moments as they naturally unfold.
When can we expect to see our photos?
I know the anticipation is high! I provide a "Sneak Peek" within 48 hours of your wedding so you can share the initial magic. Your full, hand-edited gallery is typically delivered within 6 weeks.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Most of my collections include a second photographer. This allows us to capture multiple perspectives simultaneously—like the look on the groom's face while the bride is walking down the aisle—ensuring a truly comprehensive story of your day.
What if it rains on our wedding day?
After 14 years, I’ve mastered every type of lighting and weather. Rain often provides some of the most romantic, cinematic lighting. I always scout backup locations and bring professional lighting equipment to ensure your photos are stunning, regardless of what the clouds are doing.
